Will Tourtivity keep working?

Tourtivity will be maintained active until all our current clients have moved to triggle Hotels, but no new functionalities or enhancements will be made.

Legal
Will I have to sign a new contract?

No, you will not have to sign a complete new contract. You will only need to sign an Addendum to your existing Tourtivity Contract, transferring the contractual agreement to triggle AG, with regards solely to the Web App whitelabel product.

Who is liable for the sold transfers and activities?

The product provider is liable for the sold transfers and activities. triggle is the technology provider and is not liable or contactable for operational purposes.

Guests
How can guests check their booking?
  • Guests receive a notification with a voucher including all the booking details.
  • Moreover they can access a client area in the your triggle Hotels WebStore where they can check their booking details.
  • If they wish to make an amendment or add any specific information, they should contact the email or phone which is displayed in their booking voucher.
Will my guests see the difference between Tourtivity and triggle Hotels?

triggle Hotels WebStore are quite similar to Tourtivity whitelabel, but have an enhanced UX and performance, in addition to some new features, so YES, they should be able to experience a similar product but BETTER!

What are triggle Hotels new features for my hotel and my hotel guests?

Are all Tourtivity features present in triggle Hotels?

YES! triggle Hotels hosts every Tourtivity feature + all the exciting new ones!

Will someone train me on the usage of the new features?

Indeed! Our triggle team will take care of guiding you and training you in using our super cool new features!

How can we control the products that are sold through triggle Hotels?

In triggle Hotels SmartOffice, you will be able to select those products from our marketplace you wish to sell via your WebStore!

Booking management
How can we keep track of the activities and transfers booked through triggle Hotels?
  • You will have our new triggle Hotels SmartOffice Tool which will help you to manage the bookings made via your WebStore!
  • Moreover, you will continue receiving a notification for every booking and cancellation.
Will I also see my Tourtivity bookings via triggle Hotels SmartOffice?

No, they are two different tools. In your SmartOffice you will only be able to see those bookings made through the triggle Hotels WebStore.

Touchpoints
What do I do with my Tourtivity Touchpoints?
  • We will provide new triggle Hotels URLS so that you can update your existing touchpoints.
  • Please note that we will provide catchy on-site material to please your guests and make the change easy and smooth!
Do I need to contact my IT providers to update the Tourtivity URLs?

YES, URLs will have to be updated, and please be sure triggle team will be ready to help you out if needed.

What happens if I forget to change a Tourtivity touchpoint?

Your Tourtivity whitelabel will continue working for a while, so your clients will access and purchase via your Tourtivity whitelabel as they have been doing until now.

HOWEVER, we need to check and udpate as soon as possible, as Tourtivity will be stopped at some point, and nobody wants bookings to be lost!
